TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the digital service available at www.mag24kiosk.online (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Service is recommended for people of 18 years of age and allows access, through a smartphone, tablet or computer, to the magazines uploaded by the Provider under the conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

MAG24Kiosk is a digital content service providing users with access to online content on a subscription basis. The Service is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

• The Service is intended for private individuals acting as consumers.
• The Service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Account sharing, resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of the Service is strictly prohibited.
• Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
The Provider is the licensed owner of the magazines, and/or has received a use license from the respective owners of said magazines. The magazines, and in general everything that makes up the Subscription is protected by copyright within the framework of current regulations, and in the case of magazines, they can be used by Users only to the extent permitted. by these Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all magazines that Users download devices may not be transferred, copied or transmitted to any other device. Likewise, the User may not give the magazines any destination other than the one foreseen. The magazines may not be copied or reproduced in any way, either totally or partially, for any purpose, without the express written authorization of the Provider.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:
• Basic Subscription: 9.50 USD per month (VAT included)
• Premium Subscription: 29.00 USD per month (VAT included)
Prices are displayed prior to purchase and include applicable VAT. The currency and pricing shown at checkout shall prevail.

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees that the subscription automatically renews every thirty (30) days unless cancelled.
Subscription fees are charged automatically, without further user action, at the beginning of each billing cycle.

To enable recurring billing, the user authorizes the storage of their payment credentials by our certified payment service provider in a secure, tokenized manner (“Credential on File”).
MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB does not store payment card details directly. All payment information is processed and stored by the payment gateway in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
By maintaining an active subscription, the user authorizes MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB to initiate recurring charges using the stored payment credentials for the duration of the subscription.

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, users have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.
By activating the Service immediately upon subscription, the user expressly acknowledges that access to the digital content begins during the withdrawal period.
Subscription payments are refundable. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting support@mag24kiosk.com.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time: • Through their user account, or • By contacting customer support at support@mag24kiosk.com.
Cancellation requests are processed within 2 working days.
Following cancellation, the user will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after that date.

MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with immediate effect if necessary, in the event of: • A user request; • Misuse or unauthorized use of the Service; • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials made available through the Service are the exclusive property of MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB or its licensors.
No rights are granted to the user except for the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

MEDIAX CAPITAL LAB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Service and will apply from the date of publication.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence shall remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
